Carson Springs Wildlife Conservation Foundation is an exotic animal refuge that rescues abandoned and abused animals. They also provide homes for endangered species as well as rehabilitating native species
The facility is fully licensed by Alachua County, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture. They are also members of The Zoological Association of America and The Feline Conservation Federation.
Carson Springs strives to not only meet but exceed the minimum standards set for caring for these animals. Enclosures at the facility are clean, expansive, and on natural grass, with trees and bushes. All the occupants receive varied, nutritious diets and clean fresh water for optimum health.
